IAAF Level 1 Lecturers Certification

Jarrod Adams (Otago) and Paul Hamblin (Auckland) have successfully passed the IAAF Level 1 lecturers course that was held at the IAAF Oceania Regional Dvelopment Centre (RDC), May 17 - 22, 2010.

The course content contained:

  • ‘The Kids Athletics Programme'
  • ‘The IAAF Youth Programme' - Run Jump Throw
  • Oral classroom presentations (lecturing) & Practical demonstrations

Jarrod and Paul will now work with Athletics NZ to develop Kids Athletics in selected regions in New Zealand.

   

Two coaches pass their Level 2 Accreditation

Scott MacLaren (Auckland) and Mark Cornaga (Wanganui) have both passed their Athletics New Zealand Level 2 accreditation in Sprints and Relays.
